This is an outdoor event. Please check the weather forecast before you leave home, and come prepared. The Waipara Valley Wine and Food Festival will go ahead rain or shine, unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the promoter. Listen to More FM on the day for any updates.

Cannot Take Out Of Venue
Alcohol – the beverage outlets will close 45 minutes prior to the event close to allow you to finish your drinks responsibly.
Available in large paddock alongside venue - optional donation of $3/car for assisting in the rebuild of the Glenmark Church . No parking allowed on State Highway 1 or Georges Rd
Availanble on site for vehicles displaying disabled sign
There is no reserved seating. You may bring your own chairs, or a blanket to sit on. Low or sand chairs are a good option. Generally you will be seated on grassed areas, blankets and low chairs one side and foldable concert chairs on the other.
Please bring sun protection with you.
Food is available on site with a variety of local produce to make your own platters, as well as food vendors.
The event is fully licensed. Wine and soft drink and water available, absolutely no BYO alcohol permitted.
Security
There will be professional show security on site and bag checks at the entry gates.
Wristbanding
This will be done inside the venue – if you want to drink or purchase alcohol you will be required to have wristband.
Available at some stalls and there will be a cash out facility.

Children
One child 12 years and under will be given free admittance when accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket. (Note: bus ticket charges apply for children).
